How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Some clients choose a focused programme of three to six sessions to work through a specific challenge or goal, while others prefer longer-term support as they develop their leadership capability or navigate important career transitions.

 

During an initial discovery conversation, we'll discuss your goals and agree the approach that best supports your development.

 

Online or In-Person?

Coaching sessions are available online, providing flexibility and convenience wherever you are based. In-person coaching sessions can also be arranged where appropriate.
